How soon can you start my project?

Timelines depend on our current schedule and the season, but we always try to stay flexible. Most projects can be booked within 2–4 weeks, and we’ll always let you know our next available slot during your consultation. Need it sooner? Let us know — we’ll do our best to work it in!

How far in advance should I book my project?

We recommend booking your project 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during spring and summer, which are our busiest seasons. That said, we always do our best to accommodate your timeline — and sometimes have sooner openings depending on the scope of your project.

If you have a tight deadline or need work done before a move, event, or renovation milestone, let us know and we’ll try to make it work.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, checks, and online payments. Secure digital invoicing makes the whole process smooth and simple. (We require 10% upfront, to secure your project date.)

What should I expect during my first consultation with Colorscape?

We want your first consultation to be simple, informative, and completely pressure-free. Once you contact us, here’s what happens next:

  1. We’ll reach out within 24 hours to schedule a time that works best for you — either in person or over the phone.
  2. During the consultation, we’ll walk through your goals, assess your space, and gather the info we need to provide the best recommendations for your project.
  3. We’ll ask about your preferences — everything from color ideas and finishes to functionality, durability, and your budget.
  4. You’ll receive a clear estimate, usually within 24–48 hours of your appointment.
  5. If everything looks good, we’ll schedule your project and keep you informed every step of the way.

We don’t believe in high-pressure sales tactics. Just straightforward answers, honest pricing, and a team that’s here to help you bring your vision to life — affordably and professionally.
